James (Jim) Rizzi, CFM

James (Jim) Rizzi brings more than 30 years of electrical, facilities, and compliance leadership experience to Everything Arc Flash. A U.S. Navy Seabee veteran, Jim began his career working on energized electrical systems and power distribution infrastructure, building a foundation in safety that has carried throughout his career.

He has held senior facilities and operations leadership roles across healthcare, research, pharmaceutical, and industrial environments, overseeing electrical systems, life safety programs, regulatory compliance, and maintenance operations. Jim has also served as a commissioning engineer and consultant, helping organizations align operational practices with design intent and safety standards.

At Everything Arc Flash, Jim focuses on growth and operations, working directly with clients on training, risk assessments, and compliance strategy. He is known for translating complex safety requirements into practical, defensible programs that protect both workers and operations.
