This code establishes that electrical safety training is not optional. Employers are legally obligated to train and workers are obligated to implement those practices.
NFPA 70E · Code 110.1
"Electrical Safety Program"
"The employer shall implement and document an overall electrical safety program that directs activity appropriate to the risk associated with electrical hazards as required in 110.1."
